Business Development - Senior Executive/Manager

Job Purpose

· Providing Sales, Administration & Product Marketing support to the existing team familiar with IoT industry or SaaS business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist Management to develop business plans including analysis of results, trends, market and logics.

2. Building of product promotion material and sales kits.

3. Drive key-leads via exhibition, email, call, meeting and visiting.

4. Support/Drive partner for global market expansion.

5. Co-ordinate and maintain effective communication flow between sales and operation in relation to product focus, marketing initiatives and strategic initiatives.

6. Assist senior management to drive market development.

7. Strong leadership and effective communication skills at all levels, ensuring project team (and management as appropriate) is continually updated including successes, issues and concerns.

8. Contract and sales document of products review.

9. Support & Coordinating quotation process on all development.

10. Analyst and assess competitive pricing.

11. Analyses and evaluates the effectiveness of methods, cost and result.

12. Any ad hoc duties as they arise.

Knowledge and skill requirements

1. Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Marketing.

2. Related experience in IOT, High-tech company, Cloud platform, Industrial, System Integration, IoT solutions & concept of data storage over cloud & sensor data controller selling, microcontroller (MCU) and/or display interface controller.

3. Technical background or basic knowledge in SaaS and IoT device & Knowledge of Electronics or Semiconductor industry/product development will be a plus.

4. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.

5. Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.

6. Must have experience of handling budgets and negotiating contracts.

7. Strong Customer Insight and planning skills are essential.

8. Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Working conditions
