Role Overview
As a Business Development Associate at ITLink, you will be at the forefront of our commercial transformation, learning to identify, engage, and convert enterprise prospects into long-term customers. What You'll Do
- Build & Manage Pipeline: Research and identify potential enterprise customers, conduct outreach through multiple channels (LinkedIn, email, phone), and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities using our CRM system.
- Conduct Discovery & Demos: Learn to run effective discovery calls to understand customer challenges, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and articulate value propositions that resonate with finance and IT decision-makers.
- Develop Sales Skills: Master consultative selling techniques, learn to handle objections professionally, and develop the ability to navigate complex enterprise buying processes with multiple stakeholders.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with our technical teams to understand product capabilities, partner with marketing on campaigns, and provide market feedback to influence product development.
- Achieve Revenue Targets: Progress from learning mode to owning real revenue targets, starting with starter goals and scaling to full quotas as your skills develop.
- Document & Analyze: Maintain accurate records in our CRM, analyze what's working in your outreach, and continuously refine your approach based on data and feedback.

What We're Looking For (Requirements)
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business or Technology preferred but not required)
