Bubble Tea Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Manage inventory levels, stock ordering, and supplier coordination to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Ensure the store adheres to health and safety regulations, cleanliness standards, and quality control.
• Ensure the right cash float amount for opening and closing cashiers.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process payments accurately.
• Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments (third party platforms and applications).
• Manage daily cash reconciliation and report discrepancies.
• Recruit, train, and supervise team members, including baristas and customer service staff.
• Create staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak and non-peak hours.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Maintain high standards of customer service to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor daily sales performance and strive to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Manage cash handling, including opening and closing procedures and daily reconciliation.
• Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to increase revenue.
• Support promotional activities or events when needed.
• Handle feedback or complaints in a professional manner, escalating them to management if necessary.
• Maintain quality control to ensure consistency in taste and presentation of cakes, teas and toppings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including equipment, utensils, workstations and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards as required by Singapore regulations.
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
• Uphold company policies and ensure a positive experience for every customer.
• Assign team members to work stations and collaborate with them to maintain a smooth workflow during peak hours.
• Dispose of waste properly and perform regular deep cleaning tasks.
• Willing to work on weekend and PH shift
