Deployment:

Mon to Thurs: 7.15 am to 4.45 pm (incl 1 hr lunch break)
Fri: 7.15 am to 4.15 pm (incl 1 hr lunch break)
The candidate might be required to work beyond these hours on certain days and sometimes even on Saturdays and Sundays. In such cases, the candidate will be compensated with off-in-lieu.

Scope of Works:

Provide AV/Multimedia technical support to staff to facilitate the delivery of lessons, CCA, exams, meetings and at school events and functions
Set-up AV/Multimedia facilities in rooms and venues for lectures, exams, school events and functions
Set-up and perform live streaming and video-conferencing
Plan and implement sound integrative AV/Multimedia operating procedures in the school
Provide technical advice in terms of AV/Multimedia equipment and related software that the school can purchase to support teaching and learning, exams, events and functions
Work closely with ICT team (e.g. ICT Manager/Associate, Desktop Engineers) on AV/Multimedia requirements and support required by staff, student, Infocomm Club (CCA)
Provide training for staff and students on the use of AV/Multimedia facilities

Assist in AV/Multimedia Production and Training

Provide live-streaming/video-conferencing support for coverage of school events and functions
Work closely with ICT team (e.g., ICT Manager/Associate, Desktop Engineers) on AV/Multimedia requirements and support required by staff and students

Maintenance and Management of AV/Multimedia Equipment and Inventory

Perform servicing and repair for AV/Multimedia equipment
Maintain usage and service records of AV/Multimedia equipment, and replacement of AV/Multimedia equipment in rooms and venues (e.g. agape concert hall, media studion, assembly and meeting areas)
Manage loans of AV/Multimedia equipment via school standardised loan procedures
Perform asset checks of AV/Multimedia equipment
Work closely with HOD ICT and ICT Manager/Associate in sourcing for procurements, monitoring expenses and budget for costs incurred as part of maintenance and/or replacements

Other Duties

Project management of commissioned school works on AV/Multimedia facilities, including planning, liaising and coordination between various stakeholders (e.g. vendors, school users etc.)
Other duties pertaining to the area of AV/Multimedia (e.g. trouble-shooting of PA system and Media Studio) when assigned by School Leaders, HOD/ICT, ICT Manager/Associate and Infocomm Club teacher-in-charge
