Job Summary
- To manage the day-to-day operations of the atelier such as making sure the artisans’ output meets the client’s requirements and deadlines.
- To create a positive work culture to retain talent
- To manage atelier staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- To create meaningful connections with clients through personalized experience thereby maximizing transaction value and lifetime value of each customer.
- Engage the clients with the brand story and recommend pieces and articulate the inspirations and details behind every season’s design, as a brand ambassador.
- Working hours are Tuesdays to Saturdaysm 10am to 8pm
- includes group and individual sales incentives for targets achieved.

Operations and Management
- Motivate the team to work together cohesively to deliver exceptional customer service and a conducive working environment.
- Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day atelier operations. For e.g. the maintenance and cleanliness of the atelier to provide a conducive environment for customers and staff.
- Managing the artisans’ production schedule to meet the requirements and deadlines of clients’ make to order.
- Keeping track of best sellers and our atelier is adequately stocked with popular designs.
- Managing creatives and interns to ensure timely delivery of creative output to meet company promotion deadlines and objectives effectively.
- Ensuring staff abides the Standard Operating Procedures and create strategies to improve company’s workflow.
- Build relationships and negotiate effectively with suppliers/home seamstresses for the best prices and workmanship.
- Keeping records of fabric inventory levels and usage on a weekly basis and managing our fabrics and raw materials to healthy stock levels so we can use them whenever we need them.
Sales & Client Relationship
- Committed to providing exceptional customer experience in the atelier.
- Setting sales targets for company together with the management
- Proactive in handling customer requests and enquiries through our IG, Fb and WhatsApp
- Follow up with customer requests, complaints, relationship management with VIPs including taking note of VIPs’ birthdays and sending greetings to them via WhatsApp and emails, arrange collection of orders by customers or scheduling for delivery if required.
- Getting customers to make appointments regularly by sending suitable designs through WhatsApp based on their preferences.
- Organize workshops and events to create brand engagement with customers and eventually lead to sales. Building our brand attributes of craftmanship, culture and timeless fashion.
- Works with Social Media Strategist in planning and executing social media campaigns to engage customers and eventually drive sales.
