Duties & Responsibilities:
Service skill
- Provide technical support to customers and field team either on-site or through phone or email.
- Support the Installation of test systems and upgrades, including options and S/W upgrades
- Troubleshoot and repair systems at customer site
- Provide remote assistance for troubleshooting and repair
- Participate in cost reduction and productivity improvement programs
- Participate and provide assistance to peers on call services where necessary
- Must be able to travel frequently and on short notice
Application skill
- Work with customers to understand and help solve their test requirements.
- Create reproducible test cases when systems pass cheekers and fails Device for factory or repair centre to make improvement.
- Troubleshoot and isolate handler/prober interface and communication issues.
- Able to troubleshoot down to load-board level
- Assist customer in device failure analysis: Analysis device failure pattern and causes.
- Build and deliver demonstration and/or training to the customer.
- Develop semiconductor device test program from scratch
- Participate to the design/review of device under test interfaces (Load boards, Probe cards, BIB, SLT application boards)
Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required:
- Seniority level >5 years of working experience in semiconductor design or test environment.
- BS in Electrical or Computer Science Engineering and above or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years related work experience desired.
- MS OS + Office 365 Knowledge
- C, C++, scripting (Perl, Python, Shell โฆ) basic understanding and capability
- Work experience in a customer support environment needed, including work under customer pressure
- Solid and structured approach to problem solving
- Self-driven in pursuing technical knowledge needed for the job
