Assistant Warehouse Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfilment Management: Oversee the fulfilment of e-commerce platform orders, especially those through the DJI channel, ensuring timely and accurate shipment.
• Warehouse Workflow Management: Be well-versed in all warehouse processes, including inbound and outbound goods handling, inventory management, etc., to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
• Staff Management: Organize and manage warehouse personnel, ensuring tasks are completed on time and the team operates effectively.
• Inventory Reporting: Prepare and review daily inventory reports, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness, and conduct regular stock-taking.
• New Product Launch Support: Collaborate with the marketing department to coordinate the launch of new products, making necessary arrangements for stock intake and distribution.
• Equipment Borrowing & Return: Oversee the process for borrowing and returning machines and equipment, ensuring timely and complete returns.
• Customs Clearance & GST Management: Handle customs clearance procedures and manage GST (Goods and Services Tax) payments, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Emergency Order Handling: Address urgent e-commerce orders and, when needed, coordinate factory stock orders for mobile devices.
• System Operation & Management: Quickly learn and operate procurement systems, inventory management systems, sample sign-off systems, and materials management systems to ensure efficient handling of goods.
• Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effective warehouse operations.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., Procurement, Marketing, Finance) to ensure smooth coordination between warehouse operations and overall company processes.
• Need to communicate well in Chinese and accept Chinese corporate culture

Job Requirements:

1. O-level or diploma, preferably in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. At least 1 years of warehouse management experience.
3. Familiarity with e-commerce order fulfillment processes.
4. Strong inventory management and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel and other office software.
5. Experience with warehouse management systems, procurement systems, and materials management systems, with the ability to quickly learn new software.
6. Strong team management and communication skills, with the ability to allocate resources effectively.
7. Knowledge of customs clearance processes and GST requirements; experience in cross-border e-commerce is a plus.
8. Good command of written and spoken Chinese, able to handle related documents and communication.
9. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle emergencies, remaining calm under pressure.
