Assistant Sales Manager (B2B Market)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach new accounts to promote the company's solutions.
• Conduct product presentations/demonstrations/basic training sessions for clients.
• Meet and exceed KPI expectations through acquisitions of new accounts and introduction of new products.
• Generate leads from prospective customers and new products.
• Participate in project tenders processes.
• Attend industry tradeshow, networking events and site meetings for projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum a Degree in Business or equivalent qualification or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant sales experience in B2B markets.
• Prior knowledge or experience in building / architectural materials industry will be preferred.
• Self motivated and resourceful with pro-active and results driven mindsets.
• Hunter mentality and strong prospecting skillset.
• Goal-oriented with a commitment to achieving both short-term targets and long-term objectives.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
