Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency.
- Ensure compliance to food safety, highest quality of food and hygiene standards at all times.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges to enhance business performance.
- Implement best practices to increase productivity and profitability.
- Supervise, mentor, and train employees to enhance performance.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.
- Handle staffing issues, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor operational expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure that financial targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and partners.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to benefit the company.
- Any other ad- hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
- Able to handle cooking & kitchen operation.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Relevant experience in back-kitchen is an advantage.
- 6 days work week including weekends & PH.
