Primary Objectives of Position
- Mainly to provide support for projects in the areas of Asset Management Framework, Entreprise Asset Management processes such as operationalisation of ISO 55001:2024, with main focus on the new, amended requirements from the Year 2024 ISO 55001.
- Assist HOD, Asset Management, in the delivery consultancy services such as Asset Life Cycle Management (LCM), with respect to the configuration of Maximo with SBST’s related business processes
Major Responsibilities
- To implement cloud-based Maximo business configuration, such as Asset Data Registration (ADR), User Requirements Analysis (URA), configuration of Maximo with SBST’s related business processes Maximo within scope, schedule and cost/budget
- Assist HOD, Asset Management, in delivering consultancy services referencing the Specific Subject Guidelines (SSG) of Institute of Asset Management (IAM) and ISO 55001 requirements.
- Identify gaps as part of the ISO 55001 performance reviews, audits and continual improvement clauses.
Specific Safety Responsibilities
- To ensure Safety plans i.a.w overseas Safety Policies and compliance to overseas’ Safety Management System (SMS)
- To ensure Maximo vendor(s)’s similar compliance as above.

Minimum Education / Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor Degree preferably in Engineering
- ISO 55001 Trained certifications, such as Internal Auditor for ISO 55001
Minimum Years of Relevant Experience
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in an asset heavy, operation & maintenance
Knowledge/Skills
- Strong in Microsoft365 suite, especially with excel and PowerBI
- Maximo knowledge and experience
- ISO 55001 knowledge and experience
- Railway engineering knowledge will be advantageous.
