Role

• Work with the Solution Architect to design and code the solution.
• Proactively modify applications according to user requirements, identify potential issues, and devise mitigation plans.
• Provide technical consultancy services through analysis of business requirements.
• Work with the Solution Lead to gather, scope and draft requirement specifications.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise mitigation plans.
• Work with Project Manager to plan and schedule project timelines and milestones.
• Manage and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Track project milestones and provide regular progress reports to the Project Manager.
• Conduct and coordinate system testing to ensure defects / issues are raised and follow through and notify project team immediately on critical issues.
• Develop user guides and coordinate trainings.
• Project administration, such as drafting of reports, timeline, and other administrative duties as assigned by Project Manager.

Requirements

• No experience required, but the willingness to learn and determination to solve problems is a must.
• Possess good analytical ability.
• Able to multi-task in several projects and work with minimal supervision to meet deadlines.
• Self-driven and responsible for deadlines.
