Job Description

  1. Responsibilities for the daily preparation of Sales Invoices, Delivery Orders, and Proforma Invoices, as well as checking goods to ensure all items are correct and documentation is in order before goods are released to driver /customer.
  2. Coordinate daily operations including corresponding with the Manager /sales team and or customers for order inquiries, and goods arrangements.
  3. Assisting the sales Team in the processing of daily orders and sales quotations.
  4. Perform data entry
  5. Provide general account and administrative supports
  6. Handling monthly petty cash expenses, preparing and submitting monthly claims, and ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and updated in Quick HR systems.
  7. Daily update records and keeping track of inventory samples and monthly inventory stock count
  8. Updated monthly billing and performed data entry in MYOB, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.
  9. Prepared and sent out SOA, and followed up on AR payments.
  10. Any task assigned by the Director or Manager
