Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Contract

  • Manage the end-to-end contract process for renewals and new business, supporting Management and Business Development team.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for contract strategy, drafting, and execution processes.
  • Ensure timely execution to prevent any impact on service delivery and deployment schedules.
  • Communicate effectively with relevant teams ensuring all parties are well-informed and aligned.
  • Analyse account information, license parameters, and contract terms with extreme attention to detail to support the various teams with proposals for pricing, cross-selling, and/or renewals.
  • Maintain accurate client data, ensure pricing and allocations are correct, and document pertinent transaction details. Ensure consistency and accuracy for all stages of the sales cycle.
  • Complete primary review of and validate all executed contracts, confirming compliance with internal policies and best practices. Ensure all information required for order submission is documented and accurate.
  • Facilitate any subsequent changes or adjustments requested by various teams or Client and use discretion in determining course of action. Exercise judgment on how the request for change will impact the delivery of service and if such a request is justified.
  • Ensure internal and external client queries are fully resolved in a timely fashion with a high level of satisfaction.


AGM

  • Assist in coordinating tasks and resource allocation for customizing the AGM platform, supporting the delivery of tailored solutions that align with client requirements.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all builds, testing, and system integrations. Verify that the platform meets client specifications and operates as intended before each AGM session.
  • Conduct and manage electronic AGMs by coordinating logistics, assisting with platform setup, and supporting real-time troubleshooting to help ensure a seamless experience for clients and attendees.
  • Organise and deliver clear, impactful presentations to council members, explaining the versatility, built-in security features, and compliance with the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA) regulations.
