Admin Manager

Full-time:

8-hour working hours from 9am - 6pm, weekday, weekends and public holiday

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support
• Handling customer enquiry statement, greetings, responding to questions.
• Sort documents according to specific requirements
• Provide customer service, coordination and admin/operation department.
• Maintain proper filing system
• Able to work in a multi-task environment
• Able to work independently or with minimum supervision as well as in teams.
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Monitoring fulfilment of deliveries
• Maintain Cleanliness and orderliness of the store/ office
• Able to do Cost and Budgeting
• Prepare processing order
• Liaise with supplier include ordering and ensuring on time delivery
• Scheduling and/ or liaising with driver for deliveries

Requirements

• Microsoft office proficient ( I,e Microsoft word, excel and Powerpoint).
• Must be fluent in written English
• Meticulous and well-organized person.
• Good attitude
• Hardworking and willing to learn
• Initiative and possess good communication skills
• Have good communication and planning skills
• Possesses initiatives and creativity to drive process improvements
• A good team player
• Candidates that are able to start on short notice period will be advantageous
• Able to multi task
