ADMIN EXECUTIVE CUM PA

To provide administrative and operational support to the CO-CEO and the business, ensuring smooth coordination of operations, regulatory compliance, and financial documentation.

Responsibilities (Key Result Areas & Activities)

• Manage scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements for the CO-CEO.
• Handling and assisting CO-CEO on all operations matters.
• Assist in operational reporting and compliance matters.
• Provide administrative support for restaurants, coffeeshops, and food stalls (self-operated & tenant-managed).
• Manage lease agreements, tenant matters, and related documentation.
• Oversee utilities and regulatory compliance for outlets.
• Maintain proper documentation, contracts, and financial records.
• Liaise with vendors, tenants, and internal teams on administrative and operational matters.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Required to - KNOW (Skills, Knowledge & Behaviours)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• At least 2 years of relavant experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
