Roles & Responsibilities
· Support office administration duties (maintain company licenses renewal/office supplies, manage office equipment servicing/pantry supplies etc).
· Perform daily accounting transaction (Invoicing, AR/AP processes).
· perform HR duties (payroll/leaves record/pass application/Insurance etc).
· Preparation of project tender documents.
· Perform general office duties such as filing, answering of phone calls, and respond to queries.
· Any other administrative and account duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
· Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel & PowerPoint.
· Familiar to MOM rules & regulations is a preferred.
· At least 3 years of working experience in administrative duties.
· Able to multi task and work independently.
· Have initiative, good attitude and willing to learn.
