Hiring: Admin Assistant

Location: Kovan Campus

Working hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am to 6pm

Salary range: $2000-2500 per month (commensurate with experience)

Job Scope:

1. Make appointments and bring students to ICA office for completion of Student Pass formalities
2. Arrange appointments for collection of students' medical report
3. To assist in office general administrative and ensure compliance with EduTrust procedures
4. Assist in Uniform distribution to students and inventory count
5. Data entry, checking and filing of documents
6. Checking of enrolment application forms and students document, ensure all official forms are filled up completely and accurately, before submitting them to the authorities etc
7. Preparing periodic reports (daily and weekly) for submission to Management
8. Other admin duties as assigned

Requirements:

1. Able to work independently as well as in a team
2. Good communication skills
3. Neat and organised
4. Willing to travel (bring students to ICA)
