Job Description

Location: Punggol

Working Hrs: 44hrs/Week


Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service: Attend to student, staff, parent, and visitor queries.

2. Communication: Answer calls, respond to questions, and redirect calls/messages.

3. Record-keeping: Maintain records of school letters, class schedules, and events.

4. Logistics: Manage stationery inventory, source materials, and support school events.

5. Student Management: Monitor early release arrangements and communicate with parents.

6. Administrative Support: Perform tasks assigned by School Management.


Qualifications and Experience:


1. Customer Service: Handling queries from multiple channels

2. School Environment: Experience working in a school setting is an advantage.

3. Google Suite: Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms

4. Microsoft Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel

5. Office Equipment: Copier, fax machines
