Job Description

Location: Bukit Batok

Working Hrs: 44hrs/Week


Responsibilities:

1. Reception Management: Manage front desk duties

2. Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and school calendars

3. Correspondence: Prepare and distribute letters, memos, and reports

4. Event Support: Assist in organizing school events and activities

5. Procurement: Handle purchasing tasks

6. Communication: Liaise with teachers, students, and parents

7. Inventory Management: Manage office supplies and place orders

8. Data Management: Assist with data entry and database management

9. Admissions Support: Support admissions team during peak periods.


Qualifications and Experience:

  1. GCE 'A' Level qualifications or equivalent or Diploma
  2. Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  4. Proficient in the use of Canva
