Accounts Manager

The Role
As our Accounts Manager, you’ll be at the financial heart of our operation. You’ll manage accounts, streamline processes, and provide financial insight that supports our game development teams and fuels our growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including AP/AR, payroll coordination, and reconciliations
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Prepare financial statements and budget forecasts
• Collaborate with department heads to track project budgets
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax filings
• Liaise with external auditors and advisors
• Drive improvements in financial systems and reporting tools

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
• 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within gaming industry.
• Proficiency with accounting software。
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and practices
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized with excellent communication skills
• Passion for games is a huge plus!
