The Accounts and Digital Marketing support is responsible for supporting the finance and Digital marketing functions of the company. This role involves assisting with daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, digital marketing and supporting admin tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare invoices, quotations, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Perform bank reconciliations and process payments.
• Handle claims and reimbursements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Admin support in office.
• Digital creation, brochure creation and social media.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB, SAP) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Digital Design skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of English.
• Friendly, helpful and pleasant demeanor.
