Accountant

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST, CPF, and corporate tax
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Support year-end audit and liaise with external auditors
• Maintain proper accounting records and internal control procedures

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Familiarity with local financial reporting standards and tax regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.gSAP/MYOB) and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is an advantage
