Account Manager
- Basic up to S$ 7,000 + Commission + Mobile Allowances + PB
- Location: West (Benoi)
- Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week (Mon-Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm)

Your Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy
- Develop sales growth plan within your designated accounts and/or explore into new customer base, identify new customers which include the market analysis, target setting
- Provide sales updates and forecast, highlighting performance, challenges, opportunities and critical plan activities with accounts to management
- Work closely with business development & marketing on industry insights, competitor insights, and territorial insights
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
- Attuned to industrial automation especially in manufacturing, intralogistics, and warehouse domain knowledge
Account Management
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored AGV solutions.
- Identify the stakeholders and building strong relationship with critical stakeholders
- Plan engagement activities with customers to navigate into customer long term investment plan
- Conduct product/solution/architecture presentation and demonstrations to customers to increase IHS (in-house-share)
- Maintain strong relationship with customers
- Strategic thinking in navigating thru customer complex organization to achieve results
Deal Closure & Customer Satisfaction
- Converting leads to opportunity through leads qualification
- Maintain healthy sales pipeline to meet sales target
- Collaborate with engineering, technical team to work out technical proposal
- Lead in presentation of business proposal, while support technical team on technical proposal development
- Lead in negotiation with customer and close deals
- Collaborate with after sales to ensure high customer satisfaction, including driving high service level
Job Requirements:
- Diploma with experience in a technical field (including EE, ME, CS, Robotics)
- Proven experience in an account management role within the warehouse automation industry
- Attuned to industrial automation especially in manufacturing, intralogistics, and warehouse domain knowledge e.g. understanding of warehouse operations, warehouse control systems and autonomous machinery
- Energetic, hunter, positive mindset
