Primary Purpose
To proactively drive new accounts acquisition with the goal of overachieving sales target

Key Responsibilities:
· To identify & sell fit for purpose digital marketing solutions to clients/agencies, capitalizing on unique martech and data in planning, activation and analysis to help them connect with their customers/users.
· To manage relationships between clients and ACCSS and to provide an exceptional level of client service in line with company expectations.
· To work both individually and as part of a team to ensure assigned team and individual sales targets are achieved or exceeded.
· To work with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive digital marketing solutions across a myriad of media channels such as search, social and programmatic display to address business requirements and opportunities.
· Prepare and conduct high impact sales pitch/presentation.
· Prepare and conduct tender response
· To demonstrate ability to negotiate with customers and effectively close deals.
· To support Sales Management with strategic planning for clients annual marketing objectives to ensure continued growth of existing clients and develop new clients (including revenue forecasting, pipeline management and new business development).
· Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Desired Experience & Skills
· Diploma or Degree in any discipline or its equivalent from a recognized Polytechnic or University
· At least 3 years of experience with proven track record in ad tech and/or digital media sales for those applying for Sales Manager role. Experience in selling to or servicing digital agencies would be welcome.
· Strong knowledge of and experience in the digital tech ecosystem, especially in areas of data-driven and analytics marketing or demonstrable knowledge and application of DMP / DSP would be a distinct advantage
· Fluent in Google slides, powerpoint and design to create impactful proposal with strong digital marketing knowledge of metrics such as CPC, CPM and ROAS and able to create media plan.
· Able to learn fast, understand and embrace new technology
· Possess good written and oral presentation skills
· Possess analytical, planning and decision-making skills.
· Demonstrate performance in a fast-paced environment and be able to work under pressure.
· Able to speak key languages well and proficient, mainly English, Chinese and preferably Malay/Bahasa.
· Some knowledge of Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia markets as our clients are based in these markets.
