Account Executive

• Prepare and execute payments for approved invoices through various methods, including checks and electronic transfers. Maintain and update payment schedules to ensure timely disbursements.
• Record incoming receipts, such as checks and overseas remittances, in the bank book, and prepare and post receipt journals in SAP.
• Send monthly statements to customers, monitor outstanding payments, and ensure timely collections.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales analysis
• Maintain the fixed asset register and scrap management (record, proceeds, controls)
• Manage cash flow forecasting.
• Oversee quarterly forecasts and annual budgets, collaborating with stakeholders to collect necessary data.
• Prepare and compile project costing and project profit and loss statements.
• Assist with monthly and year-end financial closing processes.
• Ensure all accounts activities adhere to internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Business related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounts or a similar accounting role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Excel.se advantage
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
• Ability to communicate in English, and bilingual in Chinese advantage
