Job Description

Working Day : 6 days per week

Time : 8.30am to 5.30pm(Mon to Fri), 8.30am to 12.30pm(Sat)


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handling quotation, invoices, DO & PO on daily basis.
  • Monitor and review outstanding invoices with prompt resolution.
  • Ensure all debtors & creditors invoices are recorded accurately on time.
  • Reconciliation of creditors statement of account.
  • Prepare & reconciliation of debtors statement of account.
  • Prepare & reconciliation monthly bank statement of account.
  • Processing transaction such as petty cash, issue cheques, update of debtors & creditors ledger.
  • Assist in audit requirement and confirmation request.
  • Handling communication with clients & suppliers via phone, email, and in-person for any enquiries.
  • Support the services teams with administrative tasks & project coordination.
  • Assist in resource & preparation of tender documents request.
  • Follows up with clients on approvals and payments.
  • Administrative.
  • Able to work without supervision.
  • Any other duties on time to time basis.
