Community Health Carnival on Wound Care at One Punggol CC on 5 September 2026

Wounds: What Everyone Needs To Know Community Health Carnival at One Punggol CC

A community health carnival titled "Wounds: What Everyone Needs To Know" takes place on 5 September 2026 (Saturday) from 10.00am to 1.00pm at One Punggol Community Club. The event covers Level 5, spanning the Multi-Purpose Hall, Pre-Function Area, and Function Room at 1 Punggol Drive, Singapore 828629. Admission is free, and the public can register at go.gov.sg/sna-opcc-wounds.

Health Talks by Medical Professionals

The carnival features six health talks led by healthcare professionals from hospitals across Singapore. Ms Tan Boon Theng presents "Diaper Rash: What Can I Do?" while Dr Sivagame Maniya covers "C-Check: CPP Care Protect Your Feet Matters." Ms Chong Hui Ru shares "Preventing Bedsores: A Carer's Guide" for caregivers looking after bedbound family members.

Dr Juriyah Yatim addresses "Bladder Health: Simple Steps to Stay Dry," and Ms Herni Lutfiah presents "Simple Bites, Burns and Cuts" covering everyday wound management. Ms Cynthia Allyssa Claire rounds out the lineup with "Healthy Aging and Skin Care," focusing on maintaining skin health in older adults.

Educational Booths and Participating Organisations

Educational booths at the carnival bring together major hospitals and wound care brands. Participating hospitals include Singapore General Hospital, Sengkang General Hospital, KK Women and Children's Hospital, and St John's Public Hospital. Wound care product companies B Braun, Coloplast, Convatec, Mölnlycke, Smith and Nephew, and Solventum also set up booths alongside Dr.P, DHS, Pink Pharm, and SengHeng.
