Punggol GRC Higher Education Community Assistance Scheme 2026 Applications Open
Applications for the Punggol GRC Higher Education Community Assistance Scheme 2026 are now open for eligible Singapore Citizen students studying in Universities, Polytechnics, and ITEs. Application forms can be collected from four Community Clubs and Centres across Punggol and must be submitted by 5 August 2026.
Counter services at Punggol 21 Community Club and One Punggol Community Club operate daily from 10:00am to 6:00pm. Punggol West Community Centre and Punggol North Community Centre operate from 2:00pm to 6:00pm daily.
Collection Locations
Punggol 21 Community Club is located at #01-01, Punggol Field, Singapore 828815. One Punggol Community Club is at #04-05, Punggol Drive, Singapore 828629. Punggol West Community Centre is at #01-47, Punggol Field, Singapore 823259, and Punggol North Community Centre is at #01-124, Punggol Way, Singapore 829913.
Eligibility and Terms
Applicants must be Singapore citizens enrolled in a University, Polytechnic, or ITE institution. Forms must be collected in person at any of the listed Community Clubs or Centres. Full terms and conditions are available in the application form, and the organising committee's decision is final in case of disputes.
