Workshop Senior Executive/ Manager (EV, Automotive Industry)

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Manage workshop operations for all BYD vehicles. Include maintenance support to fleet customers.

· Responsible for ensuring daily work processes in aftersales incl. CRM, workshop job allocation, diagnosis, trouble shootings, software, equipment and manpower reporting, in meeting the operational requirements.

· Ensure workers a harmonious working environment, promote a Health and Safety culture within the business.

· Receive and review feedback from customers and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Ensure workshop facilities/equipment service schedules are up to date.

· Track and ensure on-time vehicle deliveries to customers.

· Track and monitor all warranty claims submission and payments to distributors.

· Manage staff’s performance and career advancement plan.

· Coordinate between inter-departmental matters.

· Provide technical support to Distributors and Fleet customers.

· Prepare Weekly & Monthly Reports for submission.

Job Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma, Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical) or its equivalent.

· At least 3 year(s) of work experience in the related field is required for this position.

· We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients (spoken/written).
