Workplace Safety & Health Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Overall responsible for the development and implementation of HSE strategies, procedures, training, monitoring, and reporting
• Oversee and enforce WSH on the project site and ensure project is executed in compliance with the WSH regulations and statutory requirements.
• Enforce the implementation and establishment of HSE management system, programs and procedures on project site
• Evaluate and access the construction methodology and risk assessment in HSE aspect
• Updating and reporting the HSE related issues in a regular basis for weekly and monthly client and project management meeting
• Participate in HSE programs such as audit and contractor safety networks
• Assist HSE Manager in Incident Reporting and other assigned safety-related matters

Job Requirements:

• Shall be a Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WHSO)
• Minimum of 7 years relevant experience in managing safety on construction site
