Warranty Claim Engineer/ Executive (Automotive)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and release warranty claims policies for service providers.
2. Review and settle service provider claims.
3. Provide training and support for service providers on claims processes.
4. Inspect and supervise the disposal of service provider claim parts.

Recruitment Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor in any field.
2. At least 3 years of warranty admin experience in automotive industry.
3. Strong communication skills, preferred proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with HQ colleague.
