WAREHOUSE EXECUTIVE

A Warehouse Operations Executive is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of a warehouse, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched effectively while adhering to safety and quality standards.

• Ensure accurate receipt of items.
• Support orders fulfilment, picking, packing, issuing of goods for deliveries to logistic team.
• Manages warehouse inventory.
• Submits the daily inventory report to update the inventory status to sales team/ production team/ procurement team
• Conduct daily stock-take
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse environment.
• Stuffing, Unstuffing, Restacking, labeling of products as needed.
• Coordinate and liaise effectively with inter-department related all warehouse and logistic concerns.
• Resolve inventory or warehouse operation issues and discrepancies promptly.
• Operate forklift and reach truck as needed, adhering to safety protocols.
• Performs other related or ad-hoc duties when assigned
