Job Responsibilities:

• Meet, greet and lead customers to their seats
• Accountable for the smooth running of designated area
• Replenish cutleries as and when necessary
• Ensure that tables under have the correct cutleries and table settings
• Serve food and beverage orders
• Reset tables after use (i.e. clear and remove soiled dishes)
• Adhere to the standards operations procedures and suggest improvements to the superiors
• Maintain consistent best-in-class service and good hygiene standards
• Maintain good work performance and professional grooming standards
• Monitor quality of all food and beverage items served
• Attend all pre-service meetings/roll-call
• Provide a courteous and professional service at all times
• Undertake any other related task/duty/assignment that may be given by the superior
