Voice Engineer (VoIP / PABX Systems)

Job Description

• Install & Configure: Deploy and set up IP-based PABX/VoIP systems.
• Troubleshoot & Resolve: Diagnose and fix issues with call quality, routing, and system errors.
• Provide Support: Offer expert on-site and remote assistance to our clients and internal teams.
• Maintain & Secure: Perform routine maintenance, apply software/firmware updates, and ensure system security.
• Collaborate: Work closely with network and IT teams for seamless system integration.
• Document: Maintain thorough records of configurations, maintenance, and user guides.
• Support Pre-Sales: Contribute to technical discussions, site surveys, and solution proposals.

Requirements

• A Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with VoIP or IP PABX systems .
• Solid understanding of SIP, TCP/IP networking, VLAN, and QoS.
• Practical experience with IP phones, gateways, and unified communication platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Relevant certifications are a plus!
