About the Clinic: Well-established clinic in Serangoon, growing our team to continue providing affordable and quality veterinary care for our furry friends.

Our Family: Consists of 3 experienced Vets and 10 supporting members.

Our Facilities: 3 consultation rooms, a treatment room, a surgical theatre, full in-house laboratory IDEXX capabilities, iM3 Dental machine, Dental radiography, Zoo Max digital radiography, Multiparameter patient monitoring system, Nebuliser, Electro-acupuncture stimulator, Medical-grade Laser therapy machine, Ultrasound machine, separate feline wards, canine wards and kennels.

About the Role:
In this position, you will work alongside a team of experience and passionate techs/nurses in assisting our veterinarians with animal care. You will have the opportunity to learn, teach, grow and guide as a team. You are also required to help with educating the clients with post discharge treatment and care. This is a great role for someone who is eager to learn, versatile, and thrives in a client-focused environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with exams, procedures, and treatments
• Animal handling and restraint
• Administering medications and basic care under supervision
• Maintaining clean and organized exam rooms and equipment
• Greeting clients, answering phones, and scheduling appointments
• Processing payments and updating patient records
