UX Designer/Researcher Intern

*Next earliest intake: August 2025*

Responsibilities:

1. User Research:

- Assist in planning and conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability studies to gather valuable insights into user needs and behaviors when interacting with robots and digital interface.

- Communicate research findings effectively to help drive design improvements of our products

1. Usability Testing:

- Collaborate in the design of wireframe mockup and execution of usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness of robot interfaces.

- Participate in identifying usability issues and suggesting improvements.

1. Design:

- Contribute to the development of information architecture and user flows for robot interfaces.

- Collaborate with the design team to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Behavioural Science, Statistics, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or any other related fields.
• Strong research and statistical analysis/ analytical skills; Experience working with data is a plus, either as a User Experience as a Researcher or Designer in a similar role
• A portfolio showcasing user research, usability testing, and interface design work (student projects/ school case studies ok)
• Familiarity and proficiency in user research methodologies, usability testing tools, and design software (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
• Strong interest in user experience design and having a user-centered mindset.
