Therapy Assistant, Speech Therapy

You will assist the Speech Therapist in preparing patients with swallowing and / or communication difficulties for assessments and delivering prescribed exercises. You will also be required to prepare therapy resources and set up device, as well as maintain inventory and perform other general administrative duties.

Requirements

• GCE ‘O’ / ‘N’ level
• Able to handle physically demanding work, which includes transferring and assisting patients
• Good team player with strong communication skills.
• Ability to speak a local language and/or dialect preferred (in order to liaise with the local language and/or dialect-speaking associates/patients)
• Prior work experience in a hospital setting will be advantageous
