Temp Patient Service Associate - healthcare, entry level#HZOT

Working hours: Mon to Fri: 8am to 5pm (1 hour break), Someday will be 7am to 4pm / 730am to 430pm – Need to be comfortable to start earlier

Sat: 8am to 12pm

Location: punggol

Salary: up to $13/hr

Duration: min commit till end june

Job description:

• Represent as a front line support staff
• Handle patient registration, schedule appointments, and promote digital services
• Assist and guide patients on the use of self-service kiosk/digital services
• Provide frontline support for patients, including crowd control and responding to patient inquiries
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job requirements:

• Min A /nitec/ diploma in any discipline
• No experience required as training will be provided
