Job Description:
We are seeking a Clinic Supervisor with leadership skills and a passion for patient care to manage our clinic operations near NEX. You will supervise staff, ensure excellent service delivery, and support clinic development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations
• Lead and motivate a small team of therapists and front desk staff
• Ensure compliance with health and regulatory standards
• Handle scheduling, inventory, and patient feedback
• Coordinate with doctors and partners on treatment plans and quality control

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in healthcare, business administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or clinic experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable with bilingual (English and Chinese) communication
• Familiarity with TCM practices is a plus

Salary Range: SGD 2,800 – 4,500, depending on experience and skill set

工作简介：
我们是一家位于新加坡石龙岗（靠近NEX商场）地区的中医诊所，现诚聘一位具有领导能力和服务热忱的诊所主管，协助管理诊所日常运营，提升患者服务质量，并协助推动诊所发展。

主要职责：

• 统筹诊所的日常运营管理，包括预约安排、人员排班、物资采购与库存
• 领导并激励诊所团队，包括推拿师与前台接待人员
• 确保诊所符合卫生与政府监管要求（如TCM注册制度、SafeEntry等）
• 处理客户意见与建议，提升客户满意度
• 与医生、中医师协调沟通，确保治疗流程顺畅
• 协助参与诊所推广活动、运营优化及绩效评估

职位要求：

• 拥有医疗保健、工商管理或相关领域的文凭（大专及以上）
• 至少2年以上门诊或健康类机构的管理经验
• 具备良好的沟通能力及领导力，能独立带领团队
• 熟悉中医诊所运作优先考虑
• 能使用流利英文和中文沟通（需与各族患者及大陆中医专家交流）

薪资范围： SGD 2,800 – 4,500（视经验与能力而定）
