SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily manufacturing activities to ensure production targets and quality standards are met
• Lead and motivate production staff to maintain a high-performance culture
• Monitor workflow, schedule shifts, and allocate resources effectively
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve issues and improve processes
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to production and personnel
