Job Description

Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role.
Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions.
Providing clear instructions and oversight for employee work.
Monitoring employee performance to ensure maximum productivity.
Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
Assessing employee work through performance reviews.
Organizing workflow and ensuring employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates.
Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
Receive complaints and resolve problems.
Prepare and submit performance reports.
Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.
