Student Care Centre Supervisor

Centre’s Daily Operations

• In charge of the Centre’s daily operations to ensure that all children are provided with quality care and protection, ensuring full compliance of all regulatory/mandatory requirements and the Company’s SOP.

Staff Management

• Provide leadership, mentoring & guidance to the Staff Team (both Programme and Support Staff).

Supervision of Children

• Ensure quality care in supervising children in their Physical, Psychosocial and Cognitive / Academic Development and Health & Hygiene.

Working with Stakeholders

• Forge and maintain good relationships with parents, guardians, service providers and other external stakeholders.

Prior experience in working with children, preferably in student care.
