Store Assistant Cum Driver | East | Up to $2600 + OT | Bonus | 5 days #5252

1. Location: (Pulau Ubin) Ferry from Punggol Jetty
2. Working hours: 0815 to 1800 (Driving duties once a week; 0800hrs to 2000hrs for day, 2000hrs to 0800hrs for night)
3. Salary: Up to $2600 + OT

Job Responsibilities:

• To conduct stock-take on all the inventories listed on the asset listing.
• Maintain accurate stock correctness in the respective storehouses.
• To provide scheduled periodic equipment maintenance for all the inventories.
• To pre-pack the required inventories and to handover to the trainers when course commence.
• At the end of each course, the inventories are to be checked conditionally and well-accounted before taking over from the course trainers.
• To maintain up-to-date maintenance records for all equipment for auditing purposes.
• To raise the necessary disposal process based on the Authority SOP.
• To perform as duty driver and to cover safety and food & water drops at the various OBS campuses, when required.

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year working experience as Store/Warehouse assistant
• Must possess a valid class 3 driving license.
• Able to drive in both day & night time conditions both on & off-road terrain (Once a week)
• Willing to do OT (If required)
• Prefer with repair & technical skills
