SPA THERAPIST

JOB SCOPE:

· Provide consistent professional spa massage (either foot or body) in accordance with spa standards.

· Professionally advise customers on the benefits of the treatments performed.

· Be sensitive to each customer's comfort level and service needs.

· Ensure guest comfort during the treatment by monitoring room temperature, lighting, and music level.

· Enquiring about guests' medical conditions and allergies before providing spa services.

· Setting up spa and work stations, responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities.

· Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and politely.

· Resolving guest complaints and reporting any accidents to the supervisor.
