SOLUTIONS MANAGER

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate in requirement analysis, solution design, technical presentations, and other presales support activities for core products and solutions, including Radio Access Network , Core Network , and Transmission etc.
2. Serve as technical solution contact for the Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring alignment and understanding of technical offerings.
3. Engage in project implementation, ensuring the successful and timely delivery of technical solutions to clients.
4. Provide technical support during corporate tenders, presales engagements, and implementation processes to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. A degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
2. Proven experience in delivering presales presentations and managing the implementation of key telecom projects.
3. Strong understanding and hands-on experience with telecommunications technologies.
4. Ability to thrive under pressure and willingness to travel regionally when required.
5. Excellent coordination, follow-up, and communication skills to drive project success and team collaboration.
