Software Engineer, GenAI

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement AI-powered solutions to optimize internal workflows and business processes.

· Apply LLMs to automate tasks, improve knowledge retrieval, and enhance decision-making.

· Build and maintain applications leveraging pre-trained LLMs such as DeepSeek or Llama3, or commercially deployed APIs like ChatGPT.

· Design scalable AI architectures that integrate efficiently with existing company systems.

· Analyze feedback and operational data to iteratively refine AI-driven solutions.

· Ensure clean, testable, and maintainable code through regular code reviews.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI capabilities with business objectives and user needs.

· Participate in agile team activities such as daily standups, sprint planning, and technical discussions.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

· Proficiency in Python for AI/ML development.

· Experience working with APIs (REST, Websocket) and integrating them into AI-driven applications.

· Familiarity with machine learning and deep learning concepts, particularly in LLM applications.

· Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to technical challenges.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams.
