Social Media Analyst, Intern

Responsibilities:

• Reporting:

1. Assist in tracking and reporting social media performance metrics to identify trends, engagement opportunities, and valuable insights
2. Assist with timely (monthly, quarterly, annual) and accurate reporting, analysis, and key insights of social media reports for a variety of projects and campaigns across all key channels
3. Provide one-on-one team support to individuals for our social media tools and provide ad-hoc support to the team when needed
4. Assist with competitive research to monitor industry trends and identify content opportunities

• Stay informed on the latest social and digital media trends, best practices, and technologies (emerging platforms, tools, and analytics techniques)
• Work with analyst and strategy team to set benchmarks, KPIs, and goals for briefs and campaigns

Requirements:

• Diploma / BA/BS in in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter/X
• Proficient in the Google ecosystem (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides etc)
• Passionate about social media trends, content creation, and digital storytelling
• A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills
