site supervisor

To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.

To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.

To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.

Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.

To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.

Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.

Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.

Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.

Requirements

At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Experiences in Structural Steel, Formwork（HDB, MRT PROJECT) will be advantageous.

Possessed of SCWSH (BCSS) is mandatory.

Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, strong problem-solving and communication skills.
