Site Project Co-ordinator - Macpherson

Location : Macpherson

Working Hours : Monday to Saturday (8.30am to 6.00pm)

Responsibilities

Project Management

1. Lead team in day-to-day operations

2. Ensure compliance with authority requirements

3. Supervise contract administration and quality assurance

4. Manage cost control and budget monitoring

Quality and Safety

1. Implement quality management system

2. Ensure safety and risk management

3. Conduct quality inspections

Coordination and Communication

1. Coordinate with contractors, site supervisors, and HDB

2. Conduct regular meetings and site visits

3. Respond to emergency matters

Progress Monitoring

1. Monitor work progress and milestones

2. Identify potential delays and take corrective actions

3. Manage submissions and claims

Handover and Close-out

1. Inspect completed works

2. Arrange handover documents

3. Ensure timely submission of reports

Leadership and Problem-solving

1. Train and manage site project team

2. Investigate feedback and claims

3. Identify and mitigate potential issues.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Degree: Relevant field (Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, etc.)

2. Recognition: Recognized by Singapore's Professional Bodies or Building Construction Authority

3. Experience: Minimum 5 years in building construction or 3 years in project management

4. Software: Proficient in Microsoft Project Management software

5. Communication: Good interpersonal and communication skills.
