Shipping Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Liaising with our franchisees and their appointed forwarders for coordination of shipments on an international scale
• Work closely with our internal warehouse team on the pick and pack process
• Opportunity to understand and experience the full range of shipping documents including Certification of Origin, Form D, and Letter of Credit from shipper's perspective
• Assist our Marketing, Visual Merchandise & Project Departments with their shipping requirements
• Ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' level with at least 1 year of relevant work experience in the shipping industry or a Diploma in a related field
• Good interpersonal skills and a team player
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous
